Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is placed.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email/SMS is sent immediately after an order is placed. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address and phone number to ensure successful communication regarding their order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no additional cost. Cancellation requests must be sent to pretndshopofficial@gmail.com with the subject line “CANCEL”, including your order number.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Address Changes: If an incorrect delivery address was provided, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing pretndshopofficial@gmail.com with the correct information and your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered dispatch processing.
